Peeling and cracking flooring
The reviewer tried to contact the company before posting this review.
They were closed when I called. The flooring is peeling, and parts are coming up. An crackling I now have a 5-inch space where the tile has broken up into pieces.
Preferred solution: replacement peices would be nice but it seems the whole floor is starting to have this issue it was installed in 2019 and there should be a 30 year warranty on their products
